• Assembly, No. 1746 - Provides for continuing education for real estate brokers, broker-salespersons and salespersons, and creates a new licensing category of referral agents.
• 10-03: Rebates of Real Estate Commissions (Summary of Assembly Bill 373)
• Assembly Bill 373 - Passed on January 17, 2010, this bill permits rebates to NJ purchasers. The bracketed words and phrases were deleted from the final bill. A revised version will be posted upon release.
• Assembly Bill 4063 - Establishes the “New Jersey Foreclosure Fairness Act.”
