A complete review of the Home Listing Process through Contract of Sale. Course content reviews NJREC License Law and other Real Estate related Rules and Regulations, required listing and contract forms and the licensee’s legal responsibilities and good business practices in listing, marketing and selling residential real estate and negotiating contract offers.

Cancellation Policy: If the board cancels a class, tuition will be refunded or transferred to another available class, whichever you choose. If a member decides to cancel a class, a written notice must be submitted 3 business days prior to the class to education@bergenboard.com and there will be a $10 registration fee, unless the member decides to transfer to another course, which will lose the refund option. No tuition will be refunded for any reason on the day of the class. All refunds are issued in a form of a CHECK ONLY and can take up to 10 Business days to process.
